Hi, I’m Kelly—founder of Sell with Kell and your go-to guide for all things real estate. My journey started in mass media, graduating from UNC Charlotte with a degree in Mass Media and English before becoming a local TV reporter and producer. Storytelling was my first passion, but flipping and selling homes quickly became the real adventure. Since 2020, I’ve been transforming properties inside and out, which gives me an edge when helping clients find or sell a home—I know the details that make a house truly stand out.
 
I live in the Blue Ridge Mountains with my husband, Jordan, our two kids, and our Saint Bernard, Boomer. When I’m not selling, staging, or designing homes, you’ll still find me working—because helping people find their perfect space never really feels like “work.” I also can help design your space through my sister company, ROAN.
